Tamarind Beach comprises 32 Beachfront rooms and 8 Suites surrounded by tropical gardens on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Each hideaway has its own private large balcony the ground floor rooms have direct access to the beach. The rooms are lined with Brazilian walnut panelling; those on the upper floor have pitched ceilings. Rooms include twice-daily maid service and a complimentary fruit basket. All rooms have TV's and wireless internet connection.

Suites have a separate sitting room, some come with large bath tubes, these rooms are on a request basis.

There is a choice of two restaurants, the “Palapa” a delightful open terrace surrounded by tropical flowers & right at the water edge. “Pirates Cove” an informal snack bar, open daily and a Beach Bar.

Tamarind Chef create menu of the finest Italian food with subtle flavors of the Caribbean.

The finest ingredients are imported from Italy such as olive oil, the finest Italian rice and pasta, cheeses bringing the best Mediterranean cuisine to the Caribbean.
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: Noon – 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. –10:00 p.m.

Pirates Cove: Informal snack bar open daily serving light meals as well as pizza.

The Beach Bar With is spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea offering a large selection of tropical drinks.
