Located in Willemstad directly on the beach, Avila Beach Hotel has over the years become a hotel for the discriminating traveller, whether on vacation or on business. The property is made up of several buildings of diverse accommodations.

Beaches

There are two private beaches, one small cove beach in front of the original Avila Beach Hotel and the other beach bordering La Belle Alliance. A lighted tennis court is available for your enjoyment and a minibus runs to and from the city centre once a day.

ACCOMMODATION

The original Avila wing offers the moderate and preferred rooms which feature air-conditioning, television, telephones, private bath with shower, and some with mini-bars. They are typically smaller and still run on the Curacao water system which means you'll want to shower sometime midday.

The deluxe rooms are located in the La Belle Alliance wing and are equipped with air-conditioning, television, telephone, private bath and an ocean view balcony. Some have kitchenettes and all have small refrigerators. The suites feature more of the same but with a living room, a full kitchen and a separate bedroom.

Two bedroom suites are also available and feature an extra bath. This wing also houses the conference and banquet centre. The Recital Hall is where many local recitals and chamber music performances are held.

The third wing, Blues Wing includes twenty additional deluxe rooms featuring unique architectural design and modern amenities, all ocean view. A boardwalk runs from the West pier and beach connecting this third wing with the Sea Terrace and the Belle Terrace.

You can experience authentic Curaçao culture & cuisine at the Avila Beach Hotel with Wednesday's "Antillean Night" with local specialties and live entertainment. Saturday evenings is the delectable "Grill Night" with an expansive salad bar and live steel band or Mexican (Mariachis) music.

Blues

Cool cocktails, succulent lobster dishes and…live jazz! The Blues bar and restaurant is THE jazz spot in Curaçao. Located at the end of the beach pier, The Blues offers the jazziest sunsets in the Caribbean, late night dining and is the favourite place to be for local jazz fans.

Avila Café

Breakfast at the Avila Café offers a sumptuous buffet for all tastes. Snacks and an assortment of beverages served throughout the day.

Schooner Bar

Resembling a wooden boat halfway buried in the white sands of the Avila Beach, the Schooner Bar presents you with the ultimate quiet relaxation with your favourite drink during daytime, at sunset, and into the balmy, tropical night.
