The Divi Flamingo Beach Resort offers Divi Dive Bonaire- a PADI five star dive operation with custom dive boats, equipment, and an experienced dive crew.

Please Note: Divi Flamingo Beach Resort is looking beautiful but the beach is still very limited, nature has to bring back the sand (after the tropical storm Omar) but this is taking much longer than expected. This means that there is no real beach right now and guests can use piers for swimming and sunbathing.

Watersports: no longer have kayaks available

Happy Hour: Friday afternoon is still the Happy Hour time to visit the Balashi Beach Bar at Divi Flamingo.

Snorkeling trip: Woodwind is offering a great sailing and snorkelling trip and is leaving from the Divi Pier, a nice excursion to book.

For Families - The Divi Flamingo offers spacious studio units perfect for families. Children under the age of 15 may stay free when sharing a room with an adult.

Divi Flamingo participates with the Bonaire Marine Education Center's Sea and Discover Programs. Children may join the "Reef Explorers" program - exciting mornings of supervised sea explorations with a marine biologist. The program starts at $25 per day for children age 7 and up.

A full service activities desk is available to assist guests in arranging Bonaire island tours, kayaking expeditions, windsurfing, and more.

Standard guestrooms offer tropical garden views, and are located on the first floor of the two story hotel block, or in casual style villas with private patios. Each standard room includes one or two double beds, air-conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, television, and in-room safe. Smoke-free - Permitted on patio or balcony areas only.

Deluxe Guestroom
Deluxe guestrooms are oceanfront, offering full ocean views with private balconies. Every deluxe room includes two double beds, air-conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, television, and in-room safe. Smoke-free - Permitted on patio or balcony areas only.

Studio
Studio units are located in a charming sky-blue gingerbread-style complex with a private pool, and offer guests two double beds with a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker, air-conditioning, television, and spacious screened porch. All studio units offer pool views.

Hotel Restaurants and Bars
The Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino offers guests two open-air beachfront restaurants with a variety of dining options.

The Chibi Chibi Restaurant and bar- a colorful, romantic gathering spot-is open for lunch and dinner daily, and serves both traditional continental cuisine as well as fresh local seafood. Guests dining at the Chibi Chibi are entertained by a multitude of tropical fish in the surf just below the restaurant

The Calabas Restaurant serves a casual beachside buffet breakfast daily, offering both a light continental breakfast as well as a full American breakfast.

Guests who wish to dine outside of the resort can venture into the quaint town of Kralendijk just a short walk from the resort.

Divi Flamingo Beach Resort and Casino offers guests an amazing underwater adventure with Divi Dive Bonaire- a PADI gold palm dive center located on the property. Dive Bonaire conveniently provides five custom dive boats, guest gear storage, fully equipped dive shop, and an experienced dive crew with over ten years experience diving in Bonaire. Morning, afternoon, and night boat dives are available to guests, and fabulous shore diving is available 24 hours a day from the Flamingo beach or dive dock. Dive Bonaire offers a full range of certification courses for both advanced and beginning divers.

For guests taking a break from diving, the resort offers a casual casino with gaming tables and slot machines. A life-sized chess sets gaily decorates the Flamingo gardens, and the sun pier is a popular retreat for resort guests.
