Rum Point Inn is located on the beautiful beaches of the Placencia Peninsula, two and one half miles north of the friendly Creole fishing village of Placencia. Southern Belize is perfect for “getting away from it all”, and Rum Point Inn is the perfect place to experience this colorful and authentic area. The Main Lodge is a traditional, Caribbean colonial wood structure, while all of the Guest accommodations are housed in very unique, white-washed concrete structures. The atmosphere is one of informal luxury, and truly gives one that magical tropical environment. Complimentary ground transportation is provided to and from the Placencia Intranational Airport, where several flights are available daily from Belize City.

The luxury air-conditioned Garden Suites sit amidst the lush tropical gardens of Rum Point Inn, yet are only a very few steps from the beach. Rum Point Inn offers a fully equipped Dive Shop, with scuba diving and snorkeling trips available daily right from the dock and on the diving vessel, the AURIGA II. Rum Point Inn has its own boat yard on the lagoon side of the peninsula providing sheltered access to the lagoon.
