The Atlantis Hotel is an elegant historic property dating back to the 1800's. This boutique hotel is located in the quaint fishing village of Tent Bay, St. Joseph, overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. It is close to Andromeda Botanic Gardens, Bathsheba Beach, and Soup Bowl. The spectacular position of The Atlantis Hotel on Barbados’ east coast will blow you away, figuratively speaking! The breezes here are certainly constant, but cooling and delightful. The oversized rooms are seriously romantic and there’s also a great restaurant again with views to die for.

Awards
‘The hottest opening in Barbados this season, The Atlantis sits on the sands just outside Bathsheba pummelled by the Atlantic Ocean, but the forces of nature have been conversely kind to the east coast saving it from over development and keeping it a treasured secret… and that pool is essential.’
Evening Standard
‘…watch the sun rise at Bathsheba Beach, over breakfast at the Atlantis Hotel, newly restored by the owners of Little Good Harbour hotel.’
Conde Nast Traveller
‘Those that know the delightful Fish Pot restaurant in Little Good Harbour will be delighted to learn that its owner has taken over the venerable Atlantis Hotel, a 127-year-old property on Barbados’ wild east coast … with just eight rooms and an already famous restaurant …’ Sunday Times
‘… the breathtakingly beautiful east coast of Barbados takes a term like rugged and redefines it in a rock opera way; the waves tower and then suicidally splinter on the malevolently shaped coral stone rocks. … we stop at Bathsheba Bay for a fried fish and Banks Beer and we heard the good news that the
Australian owner of Little Good Harbour has bought and restored the legendary Atlantis Hotel close by on Tent Bay and would be offering 2-centre holidays in 2010.’ Style guru Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen’s article / regional UK media
‘The Atlantis was built in 1863 as the first hotel in the still-unspoilt east coast and has reopened as a cosy, 10-room hideaway luxuriating in a prime position on the beach.’ Sunday Times Travel Magazine
