Viceroy Signature Restaurant has breathtaking views of both Barnes Bay and Meads Bay, a 180+ seat restaurant with lounge that offers indoor and outdoor dining. Incorporating a Pan-Asian style of preparing local ingredients and seafood from the Caribbean.

Bamboo Bar & Grill: This casual 100+ seat restaurant will feature beach-casual grilled cuisine with a steakhouse theme in the evenings. Steel drums and Tikki torches create the ambience for barefoot beach barbecues, complete with local crayfish and lobster.

Aleta: This 200+ seat terrace restaurant will serve Caribbean and Continental cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overlooking the sunrise pool, it is centrally located on the resort. For lunch, fresh salads, curries and an assortment of West Indian specials are offered. An à la carte dinner menu features indigenous ingredients from the island, prepared in a local fashion.

The Half Shell: Carved out of the cliff side on Barnes Bay, this hip and intimate enclave serves colorful frozen cocktails and cold beer on tap. An array of chilled cold fare will help guests keep cool, including Bento boxes of sandwiches, ceviche and fresh sushi available for on-the-go beach food. A coffee barista serves frothy cappuccinos and lattes for early morning beach walkers.

Sunset Lounge: The Sunset Lounge incorporates an adults-only infinity pool that overlooks the setting sun. This bar and lounge will feature DJ-mixes of Calypso and Reggae sounds with a South-Beach-meets-tranquility vibe. A collection of aged rums, Cuban cigars and fine Champagnes will be the lounge’s specialty. Tapas and light fare will be served every evening.

Villa Chef Programme: Guests in residence (2 bedroom suites with full kitchen or larger units) have the option of having their meals prepared and served in the comfort of their unit. For guests who wish to exercise their own culinary talent, rooms with full kitchens can be personally stocked with the ingredients they need.
