CANOUAN ISLAND - Tamarind Beach Hotel and Yacht Club is a lively beachfront oasis with 32 seaside Hideaways and 8 Suites surrounded by tropical gardens on a long sweeping white sand beach. Each hideaway has its own private balcony right on the beach. There are 2 beachfront restaurants, Palapa, for Italian Cuisine with Caribbean and Asian overtones, and Pirates Cove for lighter fare. There are numerous watersports on offer, as well as cruising to the neighboring islands and the breathtaking Tobago Cays. The hotel works perfectly as a twin centre with Barbados as the island is just a short flight.
